浅谈“疫情”背景下高校附属医院的“四线”工作——以天津中医药大学第二附属医院为例

摘　　要：公立医院是疫情防控最重要的阵地,承担着疫情防控、医疗救治和派驻支援三大任务;对于高校附属医院来说,疫情期间的学生管理也是非常重要的一项工作任务。本文以天津中医药大学第二附属医院为例,从医疗救治不误、疫情防控不漏、派驻支援到位、学生管理得当,阐释了“疫情”背景下高校附属医院的“四线”工作方法与效果。Public hospitals are the most important battle fields for epidemic prevention and control, and undertake the three tasks of epidemic prevention and control, medical treatment and dispatching support;for institute affiliated hospitals, student management during the epidemic is also a very important task. Taking the Second Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example, this paper, from the aspects of no delay of medical treatment, no leakage of epidemic prevention and control, adequate dispatching support, and proper student management, explained the working methods of "fourth-tier solutions" in the institute affiliated hospitals under the background of "epidemic".
