摘 要:目的探讨父母教养方式对大学生职业自我效能感的影响,并检验心理韧性的中介效应。方法采用家庭教养方式量表、心理韧性量表、大学生生涯自我效能感量表,对414名大学生进行线上和集体线下施测。结果父母教养方式情感温暖维度与心理韧性、职业自我效能感呈显著正相关,而过度保护和拒绝维度与心理韧性、职业自我效能感呈显著负相关,心理韧性与职业自我效能感呈显著正相关。父母教养方式中情感温暖维度在大学生心理韧性影响生涯自我效能感中起到完全中介作用,而过度保护和拒绝维度起到部分中介作用。结论该研究探讨了家庭教养方式、心理韧性对大学生职业自我效能感的影响,为大学生就业指导提供了数据支持;为大学生的父母教养方式、心理韧性等研究提供了理论依据。Objective To explore the impact of family rearing patterns on college students’ career self-efficacy, and test the mediating effect of psychological resilience. Methods A total of 414 college students were tested online and offline by parental rearing style scale, psychological resilience scale, and college students’ career self-efficacy scale. Results Emotional warmth in parental rearing style was significantly positively correlated with psychological resilience and career self-efficacy, while over protection and rejection were significantly negatively correlated with college students’ psychological resilience and career self-efficacy. There was a significant positive correlation between college students’ psychological resilience and their level of career self-efficacy. Emotional warmth in parental rearing patterns played a full mediating role in the impact of college students’ psychological resilience on career self-efficacy, while the two dimensions of overprotection and rejection played a partial mediating role. Conclusion This study discusses the impact of parental rearing style and psychological resilience on college students’ career self-efficacy, provides data support for college students’ employment guidance, and provides a theoretical basis for the study of college students’ parental rearing style and psychological resilience.
