摘　　要：优美生态环境需要的提出既有深厚的历史背景,又有深刻的时代背景,不仅是关乎治国理政的实践问题,还是具有巨大哲学深度的理论问题。把握优美生态环境需要的生成逻辑应该抓住历史逻辑、实践逻辑、理论逻辑和政治逻辑四条内在线索,进而全面把握这一命题的划时代内涵与变革性意义。从历史逻辑看,它是人类文明历史发展的必然选择;从实践逻辑看,它源于人类生存和发展面临的现实困境;从理论逻辑看,它是马克思主义创新发展的必然要求;从政治逻辑看,它是关系党的使命宗旨的重大政治问题。在四重逻辑作用下,优美生态环境需要应运而生。优美生态环境需要的提出既体现了历史逻辑的时代必然性,又彰显了实践逻辑的直接现实性,既蕴含了理论逻辑的继承创新性,又反映了政治逻辑的多元诉求性。The proposal of the need for a beautiful ecological environment has both a profound historical background and a profound background of the times.It is not only a practical issue related to state governance, but also a theoretical issue with great philosophical depth.To grasp the generative logic required by a beautiful ecological environment, we should grasp the four inherent clues of historical logic, practical logic, theoretical logic and political logic, and then fully grasp the epoch-making connotation and transformative significance of this proposition.From the perspective of historical logic, it is an inevitable choice for the historical development of human civilization;from the perspective of practical logic, it originates from the realistic dilemma faced by human survival and development;from the perspective of theoretical logic, it is an inevitable requirement for the innovative development of Marxism;from the perspective of political logic Look, it is a major political issue that concerns the party’s mission and purpose.Under the action of four-fold logic, a beautiful ecological environment needs to emerge as the times require.The proposal of the need for a beautiful ecological environment not only reflects the inevitability of historical logic, but also the direct reality of practical logic.It not only contains the inheritance and innovation of theoretical logic, but also reflects the multiple demands of political logic.
