摘　　要：青年是国家和民族的希望,建设创新型国家、世界科技强国最重要的就是激发青年科研人员的创新动力。青年科研人员是最具有创新力的群体,在刚开始独立科研生涯的阶段更需要关心、支持和调动他们的积极性。青年科研人员在面对科研人员普遍的科研压力之外,还面临这个阶段独特的压力,需要在更短的时间内做出更多的科研成果,因此更需额外关注并激发其创新动力的提升。在用户画像视角下,借助扎根理论,使用Nvivo软件对原始材料进行编码,提取范畴化类属16项、核心范畴4项,以画像形式清晰呈现青年科研人员的创新动力,最终构建青年科研人员创新动力的MGC模型。Youth is the hope of a country and a nation.The most important thing to build an innovative country and a world science and technology power is to stimulate the innovation power of young rescarchers.Young rescarchers are the most innovative group.At the beginning of their independent scicntifie rescarch career,they need to care,support and mobilize their enthusiasm.In addition to the general scientific research pressure of scientific rescarchers,young researchers also face the unique pressure at this stage.They need to make more scientific research achievements in a shorter time.Therefore,they need to pay more atention to and stimulate the improvement of their innovation power.From the perpecive of user portrait,with the help of grounded theory,this paper uses NVivo software to encode the original materials,extract 16 categories and 4 core categories,clearly present the innovation power of young researchers in the form of portrait,and finally construct the MGC model of innovation power of young researchers.
