摘  要:我国职教教师培训工作在“十三五”时期取得了显著成效。伴随着我国职业教育进入高质量发展阶段,国家对职教教师培训工作提出了更高的要求。目前,“十四五”新周期职教教师培训工作已在全国范围内全面展开。面向“十四五”新周期职教教师培训工作,只有树立起为职教教师主动发展、自主发展、全面发展、个性发展和终身发展赋能培训新理念,才能引领新周期我国职教教师培训工作向纵深发展,实现职教教师的精准培训和培训工作的高质量发展。China’s vocational teacher training has achieved remarkable results in the “13 th Five-Year Plan” period. In the stage of high-quality development of the vocational education in China, higher requirements for the training of vocational teachers are put forward. At present, facing the nationwide training of vocational teachers that has been fully carried out in the new cycle of the “14 th Five-Year Plan”, the in-depth development of China’s vocational training in the new cycle and the high-quality development of the accurate training of vocational teachers can be achieved by establishing a new concept of empowerment training that promotes the active, independent, comprehensive, individualized and lifelong development of vocational teachers.
