摘  要:本文针对研究生《飞行动力学与控制》课程开展项目导入任务驱动教学改革实践进行研究,提出以项目大作业作为前置导引、将项目分解为多个实践任务的教学思路。在教学实践中,首先应开展任务教学,以小组互评和教师评析的方式,梳理和总结上次任务实践结果,并讲解下次任务求解思路,然后开展理论教学,最后以学生小组形式在课后完成实践任务,形成任务引导、理论反馈和教师为主导、学生为主体的教学设计,发展过程考核与结果考核、项目评价与理论考试相结合的课程评价方法。实践结果表明,小组互评和教师评析环节的引入能够降低学生学习背景和实践能力差异的影响,帮助学生顺利完成项目实践,学生项目实践水平与理论知识理解掌握水平成正比。本文所述教改实践方法可以实现工程实践技能和理论知识学习的相互促进,教学效果优良,可推广到更多航空航天研究生专业课程的教学实践中。In this paper,a project-based task-driven teaching reform practice carried out in the course of Flight Dynamics and Control for postgraduates is studied.A project job is introduced as a front guide,and the project is decomposed into several practical tasks.In teaching practice,we should first carry out task teaching,sort out and summarize the practice results of the last task in the form of group mutual evaluation and teacher evaluation,explain the ideas of solving the next task,then carry out theoretical teaching,and finally complete the practical tasks in the form of student groups after class,forming task guidance,theoretical feedback,teacher-led and student-centered teaching design,development process assessment and result assessment,course evaluation method combining project evaluation and theoretical examination.The practice results show that the introduction of group mutual evaluation and teacher evaluation can reduce the impact of students'learning background and practical ability differences,help students successfully complete project practice,and students'project practice level is directly proportional to the level of theoretical knowledge understanding. The teaching reform practice method described in this paper can realize themutual promotion of engineering practice skills and theoretical knowledge learning, and the teaching effect isexcellent, which can be extended to the teaching practice of more professional courses for aerospace graduatestudents.
