摘  要:利用苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、乙烯基聚醚3种单体原料,通过自由基共聚合法合成了无规型非离子乙烯基高分子表面活性剂(PLEY)。红外光谱和核磁共振光谱分析表明目标产物分子上存在苯环和酯基基团,为以上单体的无规共聚产物。25℃下,PLEY丙酮溶液的增比黏度随溶液浓度增大先小幅上升再下降然后继续增加,但整体呈上升的趋势;溶液浓度为12 g/L时,增比黏度随温度升高先下降后小幅升高再下降。25℃、pH=5时,PLEY水溶液表面张力随溶液浓度增大先平缓下降后急剧降低,但降到一定值后基本保持不变,临界胶束浓度为0.8 g/L;表面张力随温度升高而降低,随乙烯基聚醚含量增大而减小;PLEY与原油界面张力变化规律与表面张力基本一致。小分子表面活性剂体系(石油磺酸盐+聚醚磺酸盐+十二烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚)与PLEY进行复配,PLEY加入量在0~6%之间时,复配体系可达超低界面张力(≤10^(-3)mN/m),随着加入量增加,乳化稳定性也相应增强。该目标产物具备作为驱油剂的可行性。Random nonionic vinyl polymer surfactant(PLEY)was synthesized by free radical copolymerization with styrene,butyl acrylate and vinyl polyether as monomers.Infrared spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum analysis showed that there were benzene ring and ester group on the target product molecule,which was the random copolymerization product of the above monomers.At 25℃,the specific viscosity of PLEY acetone solution first increased slightly,then decreased,and then continued to increase with the increase of solution concentration,but showed an upward trend as a whole;when the solution concentration is 12 g/L,the specific viscosity first decreases,then increases slightly and then decreases with the increase of temperature.At 25℃and pH=5,the surface tension of PLEY aqueous solution first decreases gently and then decreases sharply with the increase of solution concentration,however,the critical micelle concentration is 0.8 g/L;the increase of temperature and vinyl polyether content,the surface tension decreases;the variation law of interfacial tension between PLEY and crude oil is basically consistent with surface tension.Small molecule surfactant system(petroleum sulfonate+polyether sulfonate+dodecyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether)is compounded with PLEY,when the dosage of PLEY is between 0~6%,the interfacial tension of the composite system can reach 10^(-3)mN/m ultra-low interfacial tension,with the increase of the addition amount,the emulsion stability increases accordingly.The target product has the feasibility of being used as oil displacement agent.
