摘 要:高水平的养老护理人才培养是老龄事业高质量、可持续发展的有力保证。当前,我国养老护理人才队伍建设水平严重滞后于老龄事业的发展需要,存在着人才供需矛盾突出、人才培养体系不健全、人才培养协同合力发挥不足等问题。通过引入协同理论,系统构建养老护理人才协同共育创新模式,建立职责明确、协同一致的长效机制,健全梯度合理、衔接有序的培养体系,深化产教一体、医养结合的创新改革,营造激励鼓励、关爱尊重的社会氛围,为破解我国养老护理人才队伍建设的现实困境提供参考。A high-level training mode for elderly care talents is an important guarantee for the high-quality and sustainable development of pension services. At present, the construction of China’s elderly care talents training lags far behind the development demand of the aging industry, which has problems such as prominent contradiction of talents supply and demand, imperfect system construction, and insufficient training synergy. By introducing the synergy theory, an innovative and collaborative model of talent training was systematically constructed, a long-term mechanism with clear responsibility was established, cultivation system with appropriate grades was perfected, the comprehensive reform with cooperative education was deepened, and a good environment with encouragement and respect was created, which can provide references for solving the practical dilemma of elderly care talents construction.
