摘 要:研究旨在寻找一种良好的骨骼标本脱脂试剂,将处理后的4只家兔骨骼随机分成4组,分别使用脂肪酶、丙酮、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾进行脱脂处理。在相同制作流程且不损伤骨骼基本结构的情况下,观察相同处理时间不同脱脂试剂对骨骼色泽、洁白度、骨骼松弛度、残留附着度等的影响。结果显示:在不影响骨骼标本效果前提下,以骨骼硬度、完整度、洁白度作为首要考虑时,脂肪酶脱脂效果最佳。且经漂白后,脂肪酶在骨骼色泽、骨骼硬度等方面均优于其他脱脂试剂。研究表明,脂肪酶无毒环保、廉价易得且对骨骼无损害,可作为一种新的脱脂剂替代传统脱脂试剂进行脱脂。The purpose of the study was to find a good degreasing agent for bone specimens. The treated skeletons of four rabbits were randomly divided into four groups, and lipase, acetone, sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide were used for degreasing treatment, respectively. Under the same production process and without damaging the basic structure of bones, the effects of different degreasing agents on bone color, whiteness, bone relaxation and residual adhesion were observed for the same treatment time. The results showed that under the premise of not affecting the effect of bone specimens, when bone hardness, integrity and whiteness were the primary considerations, the lipase degreasing effect was the best. After bleaching, lipase is superior to other degreasing agents in bone color and bone hardness. The study indicates that lipase can be used as a new degreasing agent to replace traditional degreasing agents for degreasing, given that it is non-toxic, environment friendly, cheap and easy to obtain and does not damage bones.
