摘 要:试验旨研究当归提取物对奶牛生产性能、乳品质及经济效益的影响。选择48头荷斯坦奶牛,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复2头奶牛。各组分别在TMR混合日粮中添加0 (A组,对照组)、0.5%(B组)、1.0%(C组)、1.5%(D组)当归提取物。预试期7 d,正式试验期60 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,C组奶牛的平均日采食量显著升高(P<0.05),各试验组奶牛平均日产奶量显著升高(P<0.05);C组、D组鲜奶中乳脂含量显著提高(P<0.05)。随着当归提取物的添加量提高,奶牛血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)呈上升趋势(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,各试验组奶牛血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著升高(P<0.05),血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,D组奶牛血清免疫球蛋白A (IgA)含量显著提高(P<0.05),各试验组血清奶牛血清白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)含量显著降低(P<0.05),各试验组血清白细胞介素-10 (IL-10)含量显著提高(P<0.05);C组、D组奶牛血清肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。B组每头奶牛的经济效益比对照组提高了94.33元。研究表明,当归提取物能够显著改善奶牛生产性能、乳品质及健康水平,结合经济效益计算结果,认为在奶牛日粮中添加0.5%的当归提取物最为适宜。The experiment was to study the effect of Angelica sinensis extract on production performance,milk quality and economic benefits of dairy cows.A total of 48 Holstein cows were selected and randomly divided into four groups,with six replicates in each group and two cows in each replicate.The TMR mixed diet was supplemented with 0(group A,control group),0.5%(group B),1.0%(group C)and 1.5%(group D)Angelica sinensis extract,respectively.The pre-trial period was 7 d,and the formal test period was 60 d.The results showed that compared with control group,the average daily feed intake of dairy cows in group C was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the average daily milk production of dairy cows in each test group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the milk fat content of fresh milk in group C and group D was significantly increased(P<0.05).With the increase of the addition of Angelica sinensis extract,the serum T-AOC of dairy cows showed an upward trend(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the activity of serum GSH-Px and SOD of dairy cows in each experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of serum MDA was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the content of IgA in group D was significantly increased(P<0.05),the content of serum IL-6 in each test group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the content of serum IL-10 in test group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum TNF-αcontent of dairy cows in group C and group D decreased significantly(P<0.05).The economic benefit of a each cow in group B was94.33 yuan higher than that in control group.The study indicates that Angelica sinensis extract can significantly improve the production performance,milk quality and health of dairy cows.Combined with the calculation results of economic benefits,the 0.5%of Angelica sinensis extract is the suitable addition amount in dairy cow diets.
