摘 要:试验研究微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定甘蔗糖蜜中钼含量的不确定度来源,对其不确定度分量进行定量评定。结果显示:微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定甘蔗糖蜜中钼的不确定度主要来源为标准溶液配制、重复性,其相对标准不确定度分别为0.01172和0.008882。当平均称样量为0.5200 g时,甘蔗糖蜜中钼含量为0.297 mg/kg,扩展不确定度为0.010 mg/kg,包含因子k=2,测量结果可表示为0.297 mg/kg。研究表明,甘蔗糖蜜钼含量测定的不确定度各分量贡献率大小依次为:标准品纯度及标曲配制、重复性、标准曲线拟合、重复性、消解液定容、样品称量。The experiment was to study the source of uncertainty in determination of molybdenum content in sugarcane molasses by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,evaluated the uncertainty component was quantitatively.The results showed that the main sources of uncertainty in determination of molybdenum in sugarcane molasses by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry were standard solution preparation and repeatability,and the relative standard uncertainties were 0.01172 and 0.008882,respectively.When the average sample weight was 0.5200 g,the molybdenum content in cane molasses was 0.297 mg/kg,the expanded uncertainty was 0.010 mg/kg,and factor k=2 was included,and the measurement result can be expressed as 0.297 mg/kg.The study indicates that contribution rate of each component of the uncertainty in the determination of molybdenum content in sugarcane molasses is standard product purity and standard curve preparation,repeatability,standard curve fitting,repeatability,digestion solution volume and sample weighing.
