摘  要:以福建农林大学生态学专业一流本科专业点建设为例,采用问卷调查法明确学生和企业单位需求,协同企业和基层单位探索建设校企基三方合作协同育人模式和长效合作机制,推动学科和行业融合,并通过评价校企基协同育人效果,进一步改进完善专业培养方案,为指导一流专业点建设和提升本科人才培养质量提供参考。This paper takes the construction of a first-class undergraduate major in ecology in Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University as an example, uses the questionnaire survey method to clarify the needs of students and business units, and cooperates with enterprises and grassroots employers to explore the construction of a school-enterprise-grassroots employers tripartite cooperation and collaborative education model and long-term cooperation mechanism, promote the integration of disciplines and industries, and further improve and perfect the professional training program by evaluating the effect of school-enterprise-grassroots employers collaborative education,providing reference for guiding the construction of first-class professional points and improving the quality of undergraduate talent training.
