血液净化中心护士共情疲劳与护患沟通能力的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的 了解湖南省血液净化中心护士共情疲劳与护患沟通能力的现状,探讨两者之间的相关性。方法 2021年1—3月,采取整群随机抽样的方法抽取湖南省3个地级市20所不同级别医院的血液净化中心护士作为研究对象,采用中文版共情疲劳简短量表和护患语言与社会交往量表对其进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 296名血液净化中心护士共情疲劳总分为(50.09±21.57)分,护患沟通能力总分为(85.23±13.54)分。共情疲劳总分及各维度均与护患沟通能力呈显著负相关(均P<0.01)。多因素分析结果显示,职称、人事关系及职业倦怠均是血液净化中心护士护患沟通能力的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论 血液净化中心护士存在一定程度的共情疲劳,且共情疲劳程度越深其护患沟通能力越低。建议护理管理者采取针对性的干预措施,减轻血液净化中心护士的共情疲劳程度,提高其护患沟通能力。Objective To survey the the status quo of compassion fatigue and nurse-patient communication ability of nurses in blood purification center of Hunan Province,explore the correlation between them.Methods From January to March in 2021,the cluster random sampling method was used to select nurses in blood purification center from 20 hospitals at different levels in three prefecture-level cities in Hunan Province as the research objects.They were investigated by the Chinese version of compassion fatigue scale and nurse-patient language and social interaction scale,and the data were analyzed.Results The total score of compassion fatigue of 296 nurses in blood purification center was(50.09±21.57)points,and the total score of nurse-patient communication ability was(85.23±13.54)points.The total score of compassion fatigue and each dimensions were significantly negatively correlated with nurse-patient communication ability(all P<0.01).The multivariate analysis results showed that professional title,personnel relationship and job burnout were the major influencing factors of nurse-patient communication ability of nurses in blood purification center(all P<0.05).Conclusion The nurses in blood purification center have a certain degree of compassion fatigue,and the higher the degree of compassion fatigue,the lower the nurse-patient communication ability.It is recommended that nursing managers should take targeted intervention measures to reduce the compassion fatigue degree of nurses in blood purification center,improve their nurse-patient communication ability.
