摘 要:目的 了解川藏两地预防医学专业本科学生专业认同感现状及其相关因素,为预防医学专业人才培养提供决策依据。方法 采用横断面调查设计,于2021年3—5月对位于西藏自治区的西藏大学和四川省的川北医学院两所大学共720名预防医学专业本科生进行问卷调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 学生专业认同感得分为(3.43±0.50)分,专业美誉度得分为(3.70±0.65)分,专业认知度得分为(3.69±0.63)分,专业匹配度得分为(3.34±0.58)分,专业投入度得分为(3.33±0.61)分,专业喜爱度得分为(3.27±0.77)分。认可预防医学专业、打算以后从事预防医学专业相关工作、自主选择预防医学专业、没有过转专业行为、对预防医学专业前景充满期待、年级为大五及学校所在地为西藏的学生专业认同感较高(β=0.319、0.249、0.208、0.134、0.077、0.073、0.063,均P<0.05)。结论 川藏两地预防医学专业本科学生专业认同感处于中等水平,专业认同感受学校所在地、性别、年级、民族、是否预防医学专业为报考第一志愿、选择预防医学专业原因、重要他人是否影响了选择预防医学专业、是否认可预防医学专业、对预防医学前景充满期待、就业意图及是否曾经有过转专业行为因素影响。Objective To understand the status and influencing factors of professional identity among undergraduates majoring in preventive medicine in Sichuan and Tibet,provide decision-making basis for the cultivation of preventive medicine professionals.Methods Using a cross-sectional survey design,a questionnaire investigation was conduced during March to May in 2021 on 720undergraduates majoring in preventive medicine,who were collected from the Tibet University in Tibet Autonomous Region and the North Sichuan Medical College in Sichuan Province,and the data were analyzed. Results The score of professional identity,professional reputation,professional recognition,professional matching,professional engagement,and professional love in students was(3.43±0.50),(3.70±0.65),(3.69±0.63),(3.34±0.58),(3.33±0.61) and(3.27±0.77)points,respectively. The students who recognize to major in preventive medicine,plan to engage in preventive medicine related work in the future,have chosen the major of preventive medicine independently,without changing majors,have never changed majors,as well as are full of expectations for the future of preventive medicine,in five-grade and in Tibet college had the higher professional identity(β=0.319,0.249,0.208,0.134,0.077,0.073,0.063,all P <0.05). Conclusion The professional identity of undergraduate students majoring in preventive medicine in Sichuan and Tibet is at a medium level,and the students’ professional identity is influenced by the following factors,including school location,gender,grade,ethnicity,whether preventive medicine is the first choice,the reasons for choosing preventive medicine,whether important people around them affect the choice to preventive medicine,whether they recognize preventive medicine,full of expectations for the prospect of preventive medicine,employment intention,whether they have changed their major and other factors.
