摘　　要：为了解决小批量多品种产品的定制化生产,以SCARA机械手自动装配为例,对工艺品摆件的视觉系统、气动系统、输送系统和抓取系统等功能进行分析并建立相应的模块。最后,通过模块化组成的实训平台完成工艺品的装配。测试结果表明:该平台在满足小批量多品种产品的定制化生产前提下具有较高的加工质量,并能在一定程度上减少成本,实现了最佳的效益。In order to solve the customized production of small-batch and multi-variety products, this paper takes the automatic assembly of SCARA manipulators as an example, and analyzes the visual system, pneumatic system, conveying system and grasping system and other technologies from the function of handicraft ornaments, and establishes corresponding modules. Finally, the assembly of a handicraft is completed through a modular training platform, which solves the problem of mass customization of products. The test results show that the platform can achieve the best benefit, high processing quality and reduce costs to a certain extent under the premise of meeting the customized production of small batch and multi-variety products.
