摘 要:介绍了矿用重型减速器的故障诊断难点和倒频谱分析方法,以某型号重型矿用减速器为研究对象,构建了基于减速器加载试验的振动测试系统,采集了减速器测点振动加速度信号。对振动信号做傅里叶变换,分析了振动频谱的复杂性,再此基础上做了倒频谱分析,查找异常振动,获得了减速器周期性边频成分。结合减速器使用故障反馈,诊断了减速器故障。从振动力学角度,分析了减速器故障原因,提出了优化改进措施。为矿用重型减速器结构优化和可靠性提升奠定了基础。Introduced the difficulty of fault diagnosis and vibration test analysis method of mining heavy-duty reducer. Taking a certain type of heavy-duty mining reducer as the research object, a vibration test system based on the load test of the reducer was constructed. The vibration acceleration signal of the measuring point of the reducer were collected. In order to find the abnormal vibration, Fourier transform was performed on the vibration signal, and the complexity of the vibration spectrum was analyzed. On this basis, the cepstral analysis was done, The periodic side frequency components of the reducer were obtained. The fault feedback of the reducer was used to diagnose the fault of the reducer. From the perspective of vibration mechanics, the reasons for the failure of the reducer were analyzed, and optimization and improvement measures were proposed, which laid a foundation for the structural optimization and reliability improvement of the mining heavy-duty reducer.
