摘 要:随着“以学生为中心”的教学理念不断发展,教学管理机制的人性化与合理性越来越引起重视,使得学生参与教学管理势在必行,为适应社会对药学专业人才的质量需求,为消除学生未参与实验教学管理带来的弊端,通过多方面、多途径的方式为学生提供参与教学管理的平台,以《药物分析》实验课程为基础,鼓励学生积极参与到日常实验教学管理中,为院系的管理机制的完善以及学生今后的发展起到了积极的促进作用。With the continuous development of the teaching concept of “student-centered”, more and more attention has been paid to the humanization and rationality of the teaching management mechanism, which makes it imperative for students to participate in teaching management. In order to meet the quality needs of society for pharmaceutical professionals and eliminate the disadvantages caused by students’ non participation in experimental teaching management, we provide students with a platform to participate in teaching management in various ways, Based on the experimental course of drug analysis, students are encouraged to actively participate in the daily experimental teaching management, which has played a positive role in promoting the improvement of the management mechanism of colleges and the development of students in the future.
