摘  要:为解决实际工作中采用纽甜国家标准GB 5009.247—2016方法目标物临近出现干扰峰问题,采用磷酸氢二铵溶液、乙腈作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,可解决干扰峰的问题。针对更改方法按照GB/T 27404—2008要求进行验证,定量限浓度信噪比为64.2,大于10符合要求;定量限、5倍定量限和限量值0.01 g·kg^(-1)-13个点分别做加标,回收率分别为88.2%、91.4%、94.1%,满足80%-110%、80%-110%、90%-110%的要求;R^(2)为0.999 9,满足相关系数不低于0.99的要求;3个加标回收样品连进7针CV值小于5%,满足要求。同时磷酸氢二铵作为实验室常用流动相,可参与检测多个物质,减少配制次数,有效提高工作效率。In order to solve the problem of interference peak near the target object in the method of national standard GB 5009.247—2016 of neotame in practical work, the problem of interference peak can be solved by using DAP and acetonitrile as mobile phase and gradient elution. The modified method was verified according to the requirements of GB/T 27404—2008, and the signal-to-noise ratio of LOQ was 64.2, which was greater than 10, meeting the requirements;the limit of quantification, the 5-fold limit of quantification and the limit value of 0.01 g·kg^(-1) were spiked at three points, respectively, and the recoveries were 88.2%, 91.4%, and 94.1%, meeting the requirements of 80% - 110%, 80% - 110%, 90% - 110% of the requirements;R^(2) is 0.999 9, meeting the requirement that the correlation coefficient is not less than 0.99;three spiked recovery samples were connected into 7 needles, and the CV value was less than 5%, meeting the requirements. At the same time, DAP is a commonly used mobile phase in the laboratory, it can detect multiple substances and effectively improve work efficiency.
