摘 要:近年来,随着职业教育改革的深入推进,国家对于职业教育师资队伍建设要求越来越高,师资队伍建设是影响和决定学院综合实力的重要因素。通过问卷和访谈调查,从教师数量、职称、年龄、学历、双师构成、师生配比等方面分析了医学技术学院师资现状,对存在的问题及其原因进行剖析,并提出相应的解决策略,旨在为医药卫生类高职学校师资队伍建设提供研究依据。With the deepening of the reform of vocational education in recent years, China has put forward higher and higher requirements for the construction of vocational education teaching staff. The construction of teaching staff is one of the key factors affecting and determining the comprehensive strength of colleges. Through the questionnaire and interview survey, this paper analyzes the present situation of the teaching staff of Medical Technology College from the number of teachers, the title, the age, the educational background, the composition of double-qualified teachers, the teachers and students ratio, etc. The existing problems and their causes are analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are put forward, aiming at providing a research basis for the construction of teachers in medical and health higher vocational colleges.
