摘  要:工程实践创新项目(EPIP)是基于工程实践案例的职业教育模式。为服务“一带一路”建设,践行EPIP模式的国际化路径,基于EPIP教学模式的埃塞俄比亚鲁班工坊教学平台,从工程认知、工程实践、自主创新层面进行项目化职业技能训练课程研究,以工程案例与教学过程相对接、项目设计与工程实践相融合、模块创新与能力提升相对应的课程教学方案,探索了一种应用于职业技能训练课程教学中的标准化进阶式EPIP教学模式,满足国际交流与教学需求,打造标杆鲁班工坊,为中国职业教育的创新发展提供了新的思路。Engineering Practice Innovation Projec(EPIP) is a vocational skill education model based on Engineering Practice cases. To serve the construction of "Belt and Road Initiative" and practice the internationalization path of EPIP mode, the Ethiopian Luban Workshop teaching platform based on EPIP teaching mode conducts research on project-based vocational skill training courses from the aspects of engineering cognition, engineering practice and independent innovation. This paper explores the application of a standardized advanced EPIP teaching mode in vocational skill training course teaching by combining engineering cases with teaching process, integrating project design with engineering practice, and corresponding module innovation with ability improvement, meet the needs of international communication and teaching, and build a benchmarking Luban workshop. It provides a new idea for the innovative development of vocational education in China.
