墨子教育思想及其对当代职业教育发展的启示

摘　　要：在科技强国、教育强国的号角下,传承和弘扬墨子教育思想,了解其创立背景和独特性,能够更好地为培养德才兼备的技术技能型人才提供新思路、新途径。文章通过对比孔子、墨子教育思想,得出墨子教育思想具有亲民兼爱、知行合一、“不扣必鸣”等独特性。借鉴墨子教育思想,当前职业教育更应该实现教育公平,德行实践两手抓,正确运用因材施教教学方法,为全面建成小康社会、传承大国工匠精神贡献力量。Under the influence of national policies, studying Mozi’s educational thought and understanding its background and uniqueness of thought can provide ideas for how to cultivate a group of professional and technical talents with both integrity and ability. By comparing the educational thoughts of Confucius and Mozi, it is concluded that Mozi’s educational thought has the characteristics of common people,universal love, the unity of knowing and doing. Drawing on Mozi’s educational thought, the current vocational education should achieve education fairness, grasp both virtue and practice, and correctly use teaching in accordance with aptitude, so as to contribute to building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and inheriting the spirit of craftsmen in a great country.
