摘 要:根据职业教育改革实施方案的要求,结合自身认识和企业实践经历,文章对职业院校汽车类专业课教师如何进行企业实践进行探索,论述了企业实践是提高汽车专业教师实践动手能力的有效途径,进行了途径分析,研究了企业实践面临的问题和对策,探讨了保障教师企业实践的条件。希望通过这种探索与实践,切实提高汽车专业教师的实践动手能力,从而有效提高汽车类专业的教学质量。According to the requirements of the implementation plan of vocational education reform, combined with author’s self-knowledge and actual experience in company, this paper explores how college teachers of automobile major carry out factory practice, and discusses that factary practice is an effective way to improve the practical ability of teachers majored in automobile. This paper analyzes the ways to go to the factory practice, studies the problems and countermeasures of factary practice and discusses the conditions to ensure the practice can be carried out. It is hoped that through the exploration and practice, we can effectively improve the practical ability of teachers majored in automobile, so as to effectively improve the teaching quality of automobile specialty.
