摘　　要：在现代医学科学迅速发展的背景下,对应用型口腔医学人才有大量的需求。高校的教育目标是培养应用型口腔医学人才,提高应用型口腔人才的实践能力。为培养具有综合素质硬、临床实践能力强的新型应用型人才,对以胜任力为导向的口腔医学生的教学改革进行全面、系统地分析,从精准定位培养目标、理论授课、技能培训、科研实践、临床思维、人文素养等方面提出具体详细的对策,为培养应用型口腔医学人才指明了方向。With the rapid development of modern medicine, the applied stomatology professional is in a lot of demand. The educational goal of colleges and universities is to train applied stomatology professionals and improve their practical ability. In order to cultivate new applied professionals with high comprehensive quality and strong clinical practice ability, the paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis on the teaching reform based on competency for students majoring in stomatology, and puts forward the detailed solution in terms of accurately positioning training objectives, theoretical teaching, skill training, scientific research practice,clinical thinking, and humanistic quality, etc., which points out the direction for the training of applied stomatology professionals.
