摘 要:创新型法律人才培养需要对课程体系进行创新和重构。高职法学课程设置存在诸多问题,如知识结构单一、法律思维训练不够、实践课时不足、重法律制度轻法律价值教学、不能应对数字经济法治转型等。课程体系设计应遵循体现创新、校企共同开发、区别设置、破立并举等原则。先行示范区产业结构调整,需要高职法律专业构建复合能力结构的课程体系、增设提升法律思维的课程、构建多元实践课程体系、改革课程思政建设、开发人工智能与数字法治课程。The cultivation of innovative legal talents requires the innovation and reconstruction of curriculum system. There are many problems in the curriculum of legal vocational education, such as the single knowledge structure, the insufficient legal thinking training, the insufficient practice classes, the tendency of attaching importance to the legal system rather than the legal value teaching, and the situation of failing to cope with the legal transformation of the digital economy. The curriculum system design should follow the principles such as the principle of innovation, the school-enterprise joint developing, the differentiated course setting, and the eradicating of the old and the fostering of the new at the same time, etc. The adjustment of industrial structure in the pilot demonstration area requires the law majors in higher vocational colleges to construct a curriculum system with complex ability structure, add courses to enhance legal thinking, construct a diversified practice curriculum system,reform the construction of “curriculum ideological and political education”, and develop artificial intelligence and digital legal courses.
