摘 要:建立了基于悬浮有机液滴固体化-蒸汽辅助分散液-液微萃取(EVA-DLLME-SFO)联用液相色谱同时测定饮料中12种添加剂的方法。待测样品经70%(V/V)甲醇水溶液提取2次,合并提取液后用EVADLLME-SFO方法萃取,高效液相色谱法测定。对影响萃取效率的因素,萃取剂种类与用量、蒸发剂种类与用量、发热剂种类与用量、盐浓度以及萃取时间进行了考察。在最优萃取条件下,12种添加剂在0.25~50μg/mL范围内线性良好,方法的检出限和定量限分别为1.5~13.6 mg/kg和5.2~45.3 mg/kg,在10,25,50 mg/kg添加水平下,样品回收率在76.8%~101.2%之间,相对标准偏差为0.11%~4.7%。该方法可对饮料中的添加剂进行快速分析检测。An analytical method for the simultaneous determination of 12 additives in beverages was developed using evaporation-assisted dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction based on the solidification of floating organic droplets(EVA-DLLME-SFO)combined with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The samples were extracted twice with 70%(V/V)methanol aqueous solution and extracted by EVA-DLLME-SFO method after the combination of the extracts,and finally determined by HPLC.Extraction parameters,such as types and amounts of extractant,evaporant and heating agent,the concentration of salt,and the extraction time were optimized.Under the optimized conditions,there were good relationships in the ange of 0.25-50μg/mL with the limits of detection of 1.5 to 13.6 mg/kg and limits of quantification of 5.2 to 45.3 mg/kg.The recoveries at three spiked levels(10,25 and 50 mg/kg)were 76.8%to 101.2%with the relative standard deviations of 0.11%to 4.7%.The method can be used for rapid detection of 12 additives in beverages.
