摘 要:大学生适应教育要立足于高等教育高质量发展的时代背景,着眼于新时代对青年大学生的素质要求,从人的发展过程和社会化的视角出发,全面分析大学生适应教育的理论内涵和详细内容,并提出基本的理论框架。以入学教育和毕业教育两个层面,从政治适应、心理适应、生活适应、校园文化适应、人际交往适应、学习适应六个方面分析大学生适应教育的内涵,并在此理论基础上论述入学教育和毕业教育中的工作重点。Based on the background of the new era with high-quality development of higher education,this paper focuses on the requirements of young college students,and comprehensively analyzes the theoretical connotation,detailed content of adaptive education for college students from the perspective of human development process and socialization.This paper puts forward the basic theoretical framework and holds that adaptive education is the preparation for students to enter society and the socialization of people.It should be divided into entrance education and graduation education,which includes six parts,namely,political,psychological,life,campus culture,interpersonal communication and learning adaptation.On this basis,this paper discusses key points of entrance education and graduation education.
