基于网络学习行为画像的高职大学生学习绩效提升研究

摘　　要：网络在线教育过程中学习者的学习行为是学习绩效的重要影响因素。通过构建学习行为画像指标体系,基于超星泛雅网络学习平台某在线开放课程中1098位高职大学生的13176条学习行为数据进行高职大学生学习绩效提升研究。研究归纳出四类学习者的典型特征,提出了优化网络学习环境、培养网络学习习惯、强化网络教学交互、注重网络课程的设计和组织等策略。In the process of online education,learners’learning behavior is an important factor affecting learning performance.Through the construction of learning behavior portrait index system,with data of 13176 learning behaviors of 1098 vocational college students in an online free course of Chaoxing Fanya Online Learning Platform,this paper conducts a study on the improvement of learning performance of higher vocational college students.The study concludes four typical characteristics of learners,and puts forward effective strategies,such as optimizing online learning environment,developing good online learning habit,stressing on cooperation and interaction between teaching and learning,laying emphasis on the design and organization of online courses so as to improve learning performance.
