摘　　要：学校教育是培养青少年的重要保障,学校体育工作是其中极为重要的一环,对青年一代身心健康的发展起到关键性作用,也是建设体育强国的重要支撑。基础教育阶段,中小学生的课业负担过重问题广受关注,在新时代这一问题表现得更为突出,中考与高考的重要性使理论学科课程受到极大的重视,同时课外培训机构增加,学生课业负担不断加重。而体育课则受到忽视,学生的课外活动时间不足,这是导致青少年身体素质下降的一个重要原因。为解决此问题,国家先后颁布了一系列减负政策,鼓励学生参与文体活动,保障身体健康,为开足开好体育课提供了政策支持,为学校体育发展提供了保障。School education is an important guarantee for training teenagers, and school physical education is an extremely important part of it. It plays a key role in the physical and mental health development of the young generation and is also an important support for building a sports power. At the stage of basic education, the problem of heavy schoolwork burden of primary and middle school students has been widely concerned. In the new era,this problem is more prominent. The importance of the secondary school entrance examination and the college entrance examination has made the theoretical subject curriculum receive great attention. At the same time, the number of extra-curricular training institutions has increased, and the schoolwork burden of students has been increasing. However, physical education is neglected, and students’ extracurricular activities are insufficient, which is an important reason for the decline of teenagers’ physical quality. In order to solve this problem, the state has issued a series of policies to reduce the burden, encourage students to participate in sports and sports, protect their health, provide policy support for the full and good physical education classes, and provide guarantee for the development of school physical education.
