摘  要:体育大课间活动已成为学校重要的体育教学形式,在小学运用的范围相当广泛。由于受传统体育课程观念的约束以及场所的局限等,体育大课间活动表现形式较为单调,教育活动内涵也较为缺乏,锻炼的成效不佳。该文重点解析学校体育大课间活动的意义,讨论教育活动实施过程中出现的问题,并给出了措施与处理办法。Recess sports activities have become an important form of PE teaching activities in schools, which are widely used in primary schools. Due to the constraints of the traditional PE curriculum concept and the limitations of places, the performance form of sports recess activities is relatively monotonous, the connotation of educational activities is also relatively lacking, and the effect of exercise is not good. This paper focuses on analyzing the significance of the school sports recess activities, discussing the problems in the implementation of educational activities, and giving measures and solutions.
