5S理念在高校实验室管理中的应用探析

摘　　要：素质教育的推进促进了高校教育改革,对高校实验室管理也提出新的要求。传统的实验室管理模式已经无法顺应时代的发展,也违背高校化工类实验室管理的初衷,在此情况下,亟须一种全新的理解,促进实验室管理效率和质量的提升。5S管理模式结合高校发展特点,达到化工类实验室资源的高效利用,促进管理制度的完善,细化管理职责,达到高校实验室的管理标准。为此,文章认为有必要将5S管理理念贯彻于实际,发挥其真正价值,为化工类实验的有序开展和管理水平的提升奠定基础。The promotion of quality education promotes the educational reform of colleges and universities, and puts forward new requirements for the management of laboratories in colleges and universities. The traditional laboratory management mode has been unable to adapt to the development of colleges and universities, 5S management mode can achieve the efficient utilization of chemical laboratory resources, promote the improvement of management system,refine management responsibilities, and meet the management standards of college laboratories. Therefore, it is necessary to implement the 5S management concept in practice and give full play to its real value, so as to lay a foundation for the orderly development of chemical experiments and the improvement of management level.
