摘  要:目的:建立高效液相色谱同时测定番茄酱中11种非法添加工业染料的方法。方法:样品经乙腈(含0.5%乙酸)和乙腈-水(1∶1,V/V)溶液分别超声提取,以ZORBAX SB-C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)进行分离,0.02 mol·L^(-1)乙酸铵-0.1%乙酸和乙腈为流动相梯度洗脱,DAD检测器检测,外标法定量。结果:目标化合物在0.5-10.0 μg·mL^(-1)线性关系良好,检出限为0.08-0.35 mg·kg^(-1),加标回收率为80.6%-97.6%。结论:该方法简单、快速、灵敏、准确,适用于番茄酱中工业染料的检测。Objective:A method for simultaneous determination of 11 illegally added industrial dyes in ketchup by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was developed.Method:The analytes in samples were extracted ultrasonically with acetonitrile (containing 0.5% acetic acid) and acetonitrile-water (1∶1,V/V).The analytes were separated with a ZORBAX SB-Ccolumn (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),and eluted with 0.02 mol·L^(-1) ammonium acetate-0.1% acetic acid and acetonitrile as mobile phase in gradient mode.The detection was performed with a DAD detector and the quantifications were based on external standard method.Result:The calibration curves showed good linearity within 0.5-10.0 μg·mL^(-1).The detection limits of the method were within 0.08-0.35 mg·kg^(-1),and the average recoveries ranged from 80.6% to 97.6%.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate,and is suitable for routine determination of industrial dyes in ketchup.
