职业教育产业学院的运作机理与治理效能——基于青岛职业技术学院京东智慧供应链产业学院的分析

摘　　要：建设产业学院是深化职业教育人才培养供给侧改革的重要举措。高职产业学院建设存在挂牌容易运营难、人才培养与产业需求不能实现有效衔接等问题。青岛职业技术学院京东智慧供应链产业学院秉持共建、共融、共育、共研、共享的建设原则,探索职业教育产业学院的运作机理与治理效能的路径。高职院校通过加强产业学院建设,产教融合协同育人,可以有效激发企业参与高职教育的积极性和主动性,实现人才培养与产业需求的有效衔接,服务区域经济发展。Constructing the industrial college is an important measure to deepen the supply-side reform of vocational education talent training. There are some problems in the construction of higher vocational industrial colleges, such as easy to be listed and difficult to be operated, and inability to effectively link talent training with industrial demand. Jingdong Smart Supply Chain Industry College of Qingdao Technical College adheres to the construction principle of co-construction, co-integration, co-education, co-research and sharing, explores the operation mechanism and governance efficiency path of vocational education industry college.Higher vocational colleges can effectively stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of enterprises to participate in higher vocational education, realize the effective connection between talent training and industrial demand, and serve the regional economic development by strengthening the construction of industrial colleges and the integration of industry and education.
