摘　　要：习近平总书记关于教育优先发展的重要论述,是中国特色社会主义教育事业改革发展的必然产物,具有独特的理论、历史和实践逻辑。习近平总书记科学运用马克思主义立场、观点和方法,对教育的本质、价值和目的进行系统分析,从战略地位、总体布局和推进方略几个方面构建了教育优先发展的内容体系,回答了教育优先发展的根本方向、历史方位、根本立场、时代趋势等问题。习近平总书记关于教育优先发展的重要论述,是全面指导教育事业改革发展的政治宣言、思想武器和行动纲领,引领中国在思想政治教育、教师队伍建设、教育扶贫、科技创新和促进共同富裕等方面开展了波澜壮阔的生动实践。习近平总书记关于教育优先发展的重要论述已经成为新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,凝结了社会主义教育发展道路的宝贵经验,实现了新时代教育思想的理论创新,同时为教育的未来实践提供了行动指引。The CPC Central Committee’s General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on top priority over education, which are inevitable outcomes of the reform and development of socialist education with Chinese characteristics,have unique theoretical,historical and practical logic. Based on Marxist thoughts,viewpoints and methods,Xi Jinping systematically analyzed the essence,value and purpose of education,constructed the theoretical system for top priority over education in terms of the strategic position,layout and strategies of education,and answered the questions involving the fundamental direction,historical orientation,essential position,and contemporary trend in terms of first priority over the development of education. His important expositions on top priority over education,which serve as a political declaration,an ideological weapon and an action program guiding the reform and development of education,have led China into spectacular practice in ideological and political education,teacher training,poverty alleviation through education,technological innovation,and the promotion of common prosperity. As a significant part of the socialist thoughts with Chinese characteristics in the new era,these important expositions have summarized valuable experience in the road to the development of socialist education,achieved the theoretical innovation of educational thoughts in the new era,and provided guidance for the future practice of education.
