摘 要:传统的培训体系只限于在技能、知识等表象上,按部就班地进行项目确定、目标内容设置、活动计划拟定、活动举行及会后总结评价等此5个环节对工作进行展开,体现了传统培训设计具有系统性。但是由于培训内容缺乏针对性、开发过程和培训设计中培训人员参与程度不够或各单位对本单位人员培训投入不足,而出现培训组织效率高、培训教师优秀、培训课件制作精良,但培训效果达不到预期的目的。而卓越医师培养成具有胜任力的临床教学人才是我国医疗体制改革的需要,而培训并提高临床医师胜任力是医学教育进行改革的主要目的,更是当今世界医学教育进步必走之路。本研究坚持培养以胜任力为导向围绕以师资建设、培训考核、组织保障、运行管理、成效评价及培训激励为内容进行修改当前的医师培养体系,培养具有科学素养和人文素养相结合的高素质、新一代有创新能力、实践能力强的卓越医师团队。The traditional training system is limited to the appearance of skills,knowledge,etc.The five links of project determination,target content setting,event plan formulation,event holding and post-meeting summary evaluation are carried out step by step,which embodies the traditional training design.Be systematic.However,due to the lack of pertinence of training content,insufficient participation of trainers in the development process and training design,or insufficient investment in the training of their own personnel by various units,high training organization efficiency,excellent training teachers,and excellent training courseware have appeared,but the training effect is not achieved To the intended purpose.The training of outstanding doctors into competent clinical teaching talents is the need of my country's medical system reform,and training and improving the competence of clinicians is the main purpose of medical education reform,and it is the only way to progress in medical education in the world today.This research adheres to the cultivation of competence-oriented and revises the current doctor training system based on teacher construction,training assessment,organizational guarantee,operation management,effectiveness evaluation and training incentives,and cultivates high-quality combined scientific and humanistic qualities,A new generation of outstanding physician team with innovative and strong practical ability.
