传统课堂对于医学教育的必要性

摘　　要：医学教育形式主要包括以面授为主的传统课堂和以视频网课为主的线上教育。在信息化的快速发展与大数据推进的新时代背景下,线上教育显示出强大的时间、空间优势,具有“随时随地就能学”的特点,这在很大程度上缓解了各大医学院校相关课程的安排压力,填补了传统医学高等教育模式的短板,为医学生教育提供了大量的教学资源。同时,各种新式的慕课平台,为广大医学研究生的学习提供了新的平台,也为高校间的相互学习和进步提供了更多的可能性。但伴随着线上课程的逐步推广,其不足之处也开始显现,过分依赖于学生的主观能动性所导致的低参与度与效率低下,成为影响线上课程顺利进行的重要原因。同时,因为医学教育是人本教育,具有实践性的特点,所以坚持传统课堂仍具有必要性。一方面,传统课堂可以促进学生批判性思考和临床思维的养成,另一方面,传统课堂在学生的临床技能操作培训以及专业术语、医学英语的应用过程中等方面具有不可替代的作用。The forms of medical education include traditional classes mainly based on face-to-face teaching and online classes based on online courses.In the context of the rapid development of information technology and big data promotion,online education,which showed advantages in time and space,provided a large number of medical educational resources for the students,relieved the pressure of arranging medical courses in a large extent and filled up the loopholes of medical education system.At the same time,new forms of MOOC worked as an excellent platforms for the study and progress of the medical graduates and allowed different universities to learn from each other.However,with the gradually promotion of online courses,its shortcomings had also begun to appear.Excessive reliance on students’subjective initiative easily led to low participation and poor efficiency,which had become an important obstacle affecting the smooth promotion of online courses.In view of the practical and people-oriented characteristic of medical education,it is necessary to adhere to the traditional classes.On the one hand,traditional classes can improve the abilities of students’critical thinking and clinical thinking.On the other hand,it plays an irreplaceable role in the process of clinical skills training and the application of professional terms and medical English.
