情景模拟联合CBL教学法在重症医学住培教学中的应用探讨

摘　　要：重症医学是一门具有较强实践性和多学科交叉性的学科,在我国起步较晚,目前与标准配比要求相比较从业人员仍不足,且从业医师的专业素养亦参差不齐。重症医学专业培养体系较其他学科复杂,且远晚于其他学科,2020年才初步形成重症医学研究生教育/住培—专培的专业培养体系。重症医学住院医师规范化培训是重症医学医师专业系统化培养起始阶段,通过培训使学员建立基本的理论知识体系和思维模式,并掌握部分操作技能,而重症疾病的发生、发展及治疗中的病情演变过程在不同患者中存在较多“个性”,且容易出现各种突发状况,故培训中更需重视学员对基础知识的应用能力和对突发状况的应变处置能力。由于重症住培实施处于起步阶段,且常规床旁教学存在一定困难,因而探索符合重症专业特点要求的教学方法十分重要。Critical care medicine is a discipline with strongly practical experience and interdisciplinary nature.It started late in China.Compared with the standard requirements,the practitioners are still insufficient,and their professional abilities are also uneven.The professional training system of critical care medicine is more complex and develops much later than other disciplines.The professional training system of critical care medicine graduate education/standardized training for residents-diplomates just initially formed in 2020.The critical care medicine standardized training for residents is the beginning of its professional training system.By the training,students can acquire a basic theoretical knowledge system and form a thinking mode,and also master some operational skills.However,the occurrence,development and treatment of critical diseases are quite different in different patients,and various emergencies could occur at any time,so the students’abilities to apply the basic knowledge and respond to emergencies should be paid more atterntion in training.Since the implementation of critical care medicine standardized training for residents is at the initial stage,and it is inconvenient in the conventional bedside teaching,thus it is very important to explore teaching methods that meet the requirements of the specialty of critical care medicine.
