摘 要:目的探讨智能时代背景下新模式在护士在职继续教育中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月黄河三门峡医院的60名在职护士为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。观察组采取本研究智能时代背景下护士在职继续教育的新模式,对照组行常规在职继续教育。比较两组的年终继续教育学分情况,统计两组的在职继续教育学分达标率,比较两组的护理三基理论和实践操作成绩,统计两组年终时护士的职业认可度得分和职业倦怠得分情况。结果观察组的Ⅰ类学分、Ⅱ类学分和其他学分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的年终继续教育达标率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理三基理论成绩和护理三基实践操作成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组年终时护士的职业认可度得分高于对照组,职业倦怠得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论智能时代背景下针对临床护士进行在职继续教育可有效提高护理人员继续教育学分获取水平,确保达标率,提高理论水平与实践技能及职业认可度,降低职业倦怠。Objective To explore the application effect of the new model in nurses′on-the-job continuing education under the background of intelligent times.Methods A total of 60 on-the-job nurses in Sanmenxia Hospital of Yellow River from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases)according to random number table method.The observation group was adopted a new model of nurses′on-the-job continuing education under the background of the intelligent times of this study,while the control group was received routine on-the-job continuing education.The year-end continuing education credits of the two groups were compared,the achievement rate of in-service continuing education credits of the two groups was counted,the theoretical and practical achievements of the two groups of nursing three basics were compared,and the scores of nurses′professional recognition and job burnout at the end of the year of the two groups were counted.Results The scores of ClassⅠcredits,ClassⅡcredits and other credits of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance rate of the year-end continuing education of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical scores of nursing three basics and practical operation scores of nursing three basics of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nurses′professional recognition score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the score of job burnout of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On-the-job continuing education for clinical nurses in the intelligent times can effectively improve the level of obtaining credits for contin
