摘  要:为深入了解目前我国产教融合开展情况,推动产教融合改革走深走实,对入选中国高等教育博览会2020年度“校企合作双百计划”的103个典型案例,从项目目标、实施状况、项目评价三个方面进行全景式分析。研究发现,我国产教融合改革的特点是:人才培养是产教融合主要目标,高校参与产教融合的积极性远高于企业,产教融合的合作类型多元化,合作的广度和深度是产教融合可持续发展的重要因素,质量评价是产教融合持续改进的根本保障。针对部分产教融合项目偏离育人的根本目标、合作广度和深度不够以及缺乏质量监控与评价机制的问题,提出以目标为指引建立产教融合长效机制,以协同创新为基础构建产教融合生态系统,以多元多维为导向建立产教融合评价体系。In order to have a thorough understanding of the current situation of industry-education integration reform in China and promote it,this study conducted a comprehensive analysis of 103 typical cases selected in the“Double Hundred Plan for University-Enterprise Cooperation”of China Higher Education Expo 2020.The research found that the outstanding problems existing in the current industry-education integration reform are as follows:In terms of project objectives,talent cultivation is the main objective.In terms of implementation,the enthusiasm of universities to participate in the integration is much higher than that of enterprises,and the cooperation types of the industry-education integration are diversified.The breadth and depth of cooperation are important factors for the sustainable development of industry-education integration.Quality evaluation is the fundamental guarantee for continuous improvement of production-education integration.In order to solve the problem of part of the projects deviate from the fundamental goal of education,the breadth and depth of cooperation is not enough and the lack of quality monitoring and evaluation mechanism,the target should be set as a guide to establish a long-term effective industry-education integration mechanism,collaborative innovation should be made as a basis to build an industryeducation integration ecological system,and multiple dimensions should be regarded as a principle to establish evaluation system.
