摘 要:为了提高质子交换膜燃料(PEMFC)电池的输出净功率,提出了一种基于模糊逻辑系统的智能建模与控制方法。首先,建立PEMFC严格反馈形式的数学模型,并采用自适应模糊逻辑系统对PEMFC中的非线性项进行智能建模;然后,考虑系统控制增益未知对空气供给系统控制性能的影响,结合反步法技术为PEMFC系统设计了自适应控制器,并通过引入一阶滤波器来降低控制器的计算复杂度。通过Lyapunov稳定性理论分析验证了所设计的控制器可使得空气供给系统过氧比的跟踪误差在限定时间内收敛至原点的邻域;最后,仿真和硬件在环实验的结果证明了所建模型与控制方法的有效性。To increase the net output power of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC), an intelligent modeling and control method based on fuzzy logic system is proposed. First, the strict feedback form of nonlinear PEMFC system model is established. Meanwhile, the adaptive fuzzy logic system is applied to model the nonlinearities of the PEMFC. Then, considering the effect of the tracking performance caused by the unknown control gain, the adaptive controller is designed for PEMFC system based on backstepping technology. The first-order filter technology is introduced to reduce the computational complexity of this controller. Through Lyapunov stability theory analysis, it is verified that the designed controller can make the tracking error of oxygen excess ratio(OER) in air-feed system converge to the neighborhood of the origin in a limited time. Finally, the rationality of the proposed model and control method is verified by the simulation and hardware-in-the-loop experiment.
