摘  要:以木薯淀粉为基体,与电荷均衡型的两性离子单体接枝共聚,制备电荷均衡型两性离子淀粉。使用IR、XRD、TGA/DSC对产物进行了表征。考察了各因素(原料配比、引发剂用量、反应温度)对接枝率、接枝效率和单体转化率的影响。评价了产物对NaCl盐水的吸收效果。结果表明:当m(单体)∶m(淀粉)=1∶1、引发剂用量11 mmol/L、反应温度60℃时,接枝率为158%、接枝效率为72%、单体转化率为83%。产物淀粉的A型晶体结构消失,起始分解温度和焓值吸热峰对应温度更低。产物对NaCl盐水的吸收效果优于原料淀粉。A charge-balanced zwitterionic starch was prepared by graft copolymerization from cassava starch with a charge-balanced zwitterionic monomer.The product was characterized using IR,XRD,and TGA/DSC.The effects of various factors(raw material ratio,initiator dosage,reaction temperature)on grafting ratio,grafting efficiency and monomer conversion were investigated.The product's absorption of NaCl brine was evaluated.Results showed that when m(monomer)∶m(starch)is 1∶1,initiator is 11 mmol/L and reaction temperature is 60℃,grafting rate is 158%,grafting efficiency is 72%and monomer conversion rate is 83%.The type-A crystal structure of cassava starch disappeared in the product.Initial decomposition temperature and enthalpy endothermic peak temperature are lower.Absorption of NaCl salt water of product is better than that of raw starch.
