摘　　要：利用定性理论,研究一类基于免疫疗法建立的胰腺癌模型的平衡点的存在性和稳定性,给出了模型地方病平衡点和无病平衡点的存在性和平衡点渐近稳定的充要条件,并利用数学软件进行数值模拟,所得结果可以为进一步发展胰腺癌的治疗方法和预测病情进展提供建议.By using qualitative theory,this paper studies the existence and stability of the equilibrium of a class of pancreatic cancer models based on immunotherapy,and gives the necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence and asymptotic stability of the endemic and disease-free equilibria.The results can provide suggestions for further development of pancreatic cancer treatment and prediction of disease progress.
