摘 要:目的:探讨多对一带教模式在临床专业住院医师的放射科规范化培训中的应用价值。方法:纳入2019年5月至2020年8月期间所有放射科轮训的临床专业住院医师79名。实施多对一带教模式之前的设为对照组,实施后的设为实验组。对照组实施传统的一对一带教模式,实验组实施多对一带教模式。比较两组住院医师的出科测评成绩及轮训效果。结果:实验组的测评成绩优于对照组(P<0.001),有利于获取影像知识、确立学习方向、激发学习兴趣、引导自主学习及增强团队协作能力(P<0.01),但是在增强医患沟通能力上差异无统计学意义(P>0.01)。结论:多对一带教模式能够调动放射科医技护的教学能动性,有效利用时间,提升教学质量,值得应用。Objective:To explore the application value of preceptors for one student in the standardized training of radiology for nonmedical imaging resident.Methods:Seventy-nine non-medical imaging residents from May 2019 to August 2020 were divided into experimental group and control group,according to whether to implement preceptors for one student.The teaching efficacies among two groups were compared from the aspects of test score and self-evaluation.Results:The residents with preceptors for one student behaved significantly better than those with one-to-one traditional teaching method in test score(P<0.001),acquisition of image knowledge,establishment of learning direction,stimulating learning interest,guiding independent learning,as well as enhancing collaboration(P<0.01).There were no obvious differences in abilities for enhancing doctor-patient communication(P>0.01).Conclusions:The preceptors for one student can mobilize the teaching initiative of radiology staff,use time effectively,and improve teaching quality,which is worthy of promotion。
