摘  要:水轮发电机磁极铁心叠压后需要焊接为一体提高整体刚性,焊接位置多,常采用人工焊接方式,其焊接过程为高重复、低附加值作业,劳动强度高,外观质量无法控制。研究了焊接机器人代替人工,同时通过焊缝跟踪技术的应用,可快速实现批量磁极铁心自动高速焊接,提高焊接质量和效率,对同类型结构的产品焊接具有一定的参考意义。The overlying magnetic pole cores of the hydro-generator are required to be welded as a whole to improve the overall rigidity.The manual welding is often adopted since there are many places to be welded.The welding process is a kind of work with high repetition,low added value,high labor intensity and uncontrollable appearance quality.Therefore,the welding robot is studied to replace the manual labor,and the application of weld tracking technology can quickly realize the automatic high-speed welding of batches of magnetic pole cores,improve the welding quality and efficiency,which has practical reference value for the welding of products with the same type of structure.
