摘  要:本文运用文献资料法、案例分析法,借助网络教学平台,结合“线上+线下”混合式的教学模式,探讨分析混合式教学课程的设计原则、核心素养融入点,充分挖掘核心素养元素,努力打造课前、课中、课后核心素养教育三部曲,实现理论加实践加能力培养“三位一体化”的核心素养引领模式,以期为高师体育院校体育课程建设提供参考。This paper uses the methods of literature review and case analysis, with the help of the network teaching platform, combined with the “online + offline” blended teaching model, to discuss and analyze the design principles of blended teaching courses, the integration points of core literacy, and fully explore the elements of core literacy. This paper strives to create a trilogy of core literacy education before, during and after class, and realize the “three-in-one” core literacy leading model including theory, practice and ability training, so as to provide a practical basis for the construction of physical education courses in sports colleges of higher normal universities and promote its development.
