摘  要:锅炉汽包水位是锅炉正常运行的一个重要指标,其调节出现意外是目前锅炉事故的主要原因,因此锅炉汽包水位的安全性一直被高度重视。当锅炉汽包水位偏高时,蒸汽中会含有一定水分,一旦这些蒸汽进入过热器就会影响锅炉操作。当锅炉汽包水位偏低时,锅炉还可能爆炸。将模糊内模控制引入锅炉汽包水位控制,在传统串级前馈系统基础上,在以蒸汽压力为前馈信号的前馈回路中加入模糊控制器,从而实现对锅炉汽包水位的更好控制。The boiler drum water level is an important indicator of the normal operation of the boiler,and its regulation accident is the main reason for the boiler accident at present.Therefore,the safety of the boiler drum water level has been highly valued.When the water level of the boiler drum is high,the steam will contain certain moisture,which will affect the boiler operation once the steam enters the superheater.When the water level of the boiler is low,the boiler may explode.In this paper,fuzzy internal model control is introduced into boiler drum water level control.Based on the traditional cascade feed-forward system,a fuzzy controller is added to the feed-forward loop with the steam pressure as the feed-forward signal,so as to achieve better control of the boiler water level.
