摘  要:在新时代的经济发展和道德建设中,工程师的德性培养是一个重要主题。从儒家修身传统的角度加以理解,则是对其进行丰富和拓展的一种可能方式,这也是习近平总书记倡导修身所提供的启示。为探讨这一命题的古代源起和现代可能,追溯中国工程师德性之路的历史脉络,分析其与儒家修身传统的关系,探讨新时代背景下儒家修身传统为工程师的德性培养提供借鉴的可能性,将修身解释为一个调整、完善自身性情和习惯的身心修炼过程,来让工程师更好地理解和接受它,提出以德行规范的方式制定工程伦理章程,从而为工程师的德性培养提供外在的指导。由此认为,将工程师的德性培养与儒家修身传统相结合,有其历史渊源和现代可能,有助于建立中国特色的工程职业伦理。During the economic development and moral construction in the new era,virtue cultivation of engineers forms an important theme.It can be understood from the perspective of the Confucian self-cultivation tradition as a possible way to enrich and expand it,which echoes General Secretary Xi Jinping's advocacy of self-cultivation.In order to explore the ancient origin and modern possibility of this proposition,the paper traces the historical context of the Chinese engineer's virtue path,analyzes its relationship with the Confucian self-cultivation tradition,and discusses the Confucian self-cultivation tradition in the new era to provide reference for engineers'virtue cultivation.It is proposed to interpret self-cultivation as a process of physical and mental cultivation that adjusts and improves one's own disposition and mental health,so that engineers can better understand and accept it.It also suggests to formulate codes of engineering ethics by virtue norms to provide external guidance.It follows that the combination of engineers'virtue cultivation and Confucian self-cultivation tradition has its historical origin and modern possibility,which is helpful to establish engineering professional ethics with Chinese characteristics.
