摘  要:教育惩戒作为一种教育手段,具有重要的教育价值。通过对S市M中学的田野考察发现,教师实施教育惩戒主要存在教育合力尚未被充分激发、“灰色地带”仍然存在、教育惩戒的效果难以实现等问题。教育惩戒虽然在日常教育教学活动中遭遇重重阻力,但是M中学八年级S班的教师仍然坚持“注重因果”的惩戒理念,采取“软硬兼施”的惩戒方式,形成了“值日班长制度”管理模式。实践证明这些措施具有一定的有效性,为教师实施教育惩戒提供了以下经验:教师实施教育惩戒既要注重情感教育,夯实惩戒基础;又要提升教育能力,提供惩戒保障;还要发挥教育机智,生成惩戒艺术。Educational discipline is of great value as a means of education.Through the field investigation of M Middle School in S City,the study finds that the main problems of teachers implementation of educational discipline includes the unfully-stimulated educational synergy in the pre-cause system,the“gray area”in the process system,and the ineffective results of the systematic educational discipline.Although facing numerous obstacles in daily education and teaching activities,teachers adhere to the educational discipline concept of“focusing on cause and effect”and adopt a“soft and hard”discipline tactic to form a management method of the“daily monitor-on-duty system”,which have gained notable results.At the same time,it also provides experience for other teachers to implement educational discipline that teachers educational discipline must be based on educational emotions and consolidate the foundation of discipline;teacher must also cultivate their own educational and teaching capabilities to provide discipline guarantees;and teacher must also develop educational tact and generate the arts of discipline.
