摘　　要：德才兼备的人才培养需要强化育人资源的配套和协同。该文以社会服务性强、行业关联密切的建筑类专业为例,提出了平台互通、人员互动和过程互联的“三协同”培养模式,并着力从优化立德树人的校企合作培养方案、加强“德才兼备双导师”队伍建设、协同实践与理论教学环节、提升设计服务能力与意识、联动拓宽毕业就业渠道和健全完善保障体制机制方面构建实施路径,以此提升建筑类专业的育人育才能力,提升人才培养质量。The cultivation of talents with both political integrity and ability needs to strengthen the matching and coordination of educational resources.Taking architecture majors with strong social service and close industry connection as an example,the paper puts forward the"three synergy"training mode of platform communication,personnel interaction and process interconnection,and optimization of university-enterprise cooperation training plan of moral education,strengthening the construction of"double tutors"having both ability and political integrity team,collaborative practice and theoretical teaching,promoting design service ability and consciousness,in order to widen the channel of the graduate employment federatively,improve the system of perfect safeguard mechanism to construct implementation path.It can promote construction class specialized education training ability,and improve the quality of personnel training.
