摘　　要：当前我国数字政府建设已进入全面提升阶段,数字政府成为推进服务型政府建设的重要抓手、一体化政府建设的重要助推器、提升治理智慧化水平的重要工具。政府网站作为各级政府部门的展示窗口,成为政府履职尽责、面向社会提供服务的重要平台。学习和借鉴成熟网站的建设经验,取长补短,有利于更好地建设和发展我国“互联网+政务”相关工程。美国食品药品管理局(FDA)是美国卫生与公众服务部直辖的联邦政府机构,负责执行《联邦食品、药品和化妆品法案》。本研究梳理了美国FDA网站的主页布局和功能模块,比较分析FDA网站搜索、信息关联、菜单分布、导航、网站地图等设置,指出FDA网站在技术使用和数据库设计方面的独特性,旨在为我国相关网站的建设以及进一步提升政府网站服务效能提供借鉴。At present,digital government construction has entered a stage of improvement in China.Digital government has become a grip strength for promoting the construction of a service-oriented government.Apart from that,it has become an important booster for integrated government construction and an major tool for improving the intelligent governance.The government websites are platforms which perform its duties and provide services to the society.Learning mature websites′strengths as well as website construction experience can better build and develop“Internet+Government affairs”related projects in China.The United States Food and Drug Administration(FDA)is a federal government agency under the U.S.Department of Health and Human Services,which its responsible for the enforcement of the Federal Food,Drug and Cosmetic Act.This study intends to explain FDA website homepage′s layout and functional modules,analyse websites search,information association,menu distribution,navigation,website map and other settings.We conclude the uniqueness of FDA website in terms of technology and database design,in order to provide reference for further improving websites construction and service efficiency in China.
