摘  要:文章从提升教师培训需求调研的全面性、精准度和提升度三个方面阐述了提升教师培训需求调研品质的具体策略。提出了面向全主体、包含全要素、覆盖全过程、涉及全层次四个提升教师培训需求调研全面性的策略,精准选用调研方式、精准获取统计数据三个提升培训需求调研精准度的策略,从调研者和被调研者两个维度提出了提升调研设计水平、提升调研反思能力、提升重视程度、提升自知能力、提升表达精度等提升培训需求调研改进度的有效策略。This article expounds specific strategies to improve the quality of teacher training needs survey from three aspects: the comprehensiveness,accuracy and improvement of teacher training needs survey. It proposes four strategies to improve the comprehensiveness of teacher training needs survey,that is: facing the whole subject,including all elements,covering the whole process,and involving all levels,and three strategies to improve the accuracy of training needs survey by precise selection of survey methods and accurate acquisition of statistical data.From the two dimensions of investigators and respondents,it puts forward effective strategies to improve the level of survey design,the ability to reflect on survey,degree of attention,self-knowledge,and accuracy of expression.
